The purpose of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive electric insulation resin having good fluidity before curing thereof and furthermore having increased thermal conductivity after curing thereof. In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention is characterized in that a silica filler included in the electric insulation resin is crushed silica for which there are three peaks indicating existence frequency in a particle diameter distribution thereof measured in terms of volume, and furthermore that the ratio of particles having a diameter of 0.1 µm or less is 1 wt% or less of the silica filler overall, and the ratio of particles having a diameter of 100 µm or greater is 1 wt% or less of the silica filler overall. |
