FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of molecular-genetic diagnostics in programs of auxiliary reproductive technologies (ART) and concerns prediction of produced embryos quality. Method: patient is genotyped by polymorphic loci, based on genetic typing results probability of producing low-quality embryos is determined by formula p = 1/(1 + e), where Z = -2236 -0.79 * AMH-20.621 * AMH+0.993 * FSHR+ 0.364 * FSHR-1.206 * LHCGR (935 A > G)+ 1.164 * LHCGR (935 A > G)+ 22.888 * LHCGR (872 A > G)+ 21.6 * LHCGR (872 A > G). In case if p is more than 0.5 obtaining of low-quality embryos is predicted, and if p is less than 0.5 obtaining of low-quality embryos is not predicted.
