The present invention relates a lithium-air battery having an air-electrode with a carbon density gradient, and more specifically, to a lithium-air battery having a carbon density gradient formed in such a manner where a carbon density is gradually increased in a depth direction close to a negative pole, and the carbon density is decreased in a direction where air is introduced from the outside to increase carbon use efficiency, thereby remarkably increasing discharge capacity with respect to an equal loading amount.
