The invention relates to a closing system, a cap and a container for ensuring the tamper-resistance of the contents of the container. In order to ensure said tamper-resistance, instead of a sealing strip, at least one pivoting tab (6) is arranged on the cap (1), which stays open, when the cap is unscrewed from the container for the first time, as a result of the action of projections (10) arranged on the neck of the container, thereby allowing the user to notice easily that said container has been opened at least once. This system allows a highly-effective tamper-proof seal to be produced, reducing the material and weight of the cap and allowing same to be closed quickly. |
