PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-water play toy which allows a baby enjoyably play at a bathroom, can be fixed easily, and keeps the player interested. SOLUTION: The in-water play toy 1 of this invention is provided with a pedestal section 2 with a pump, a column 3 which is in cylindrical form, is fixed upwards on the pedestal section 2, and is provided with an effluent pipe inside, and an outlet head 31 of water on the top end, a helical water flow rail 4 in helical form fixed on the periphery of the column 3, a first water flow rail 5 which is detachably connected to the bottom end of the helical water flow rail 4 and is provided with a windmill section 101 with a windmill 108 that rotates using water flow, a second water flow rail 6 which is detachably connected to the bottom end of the first water flow rail 5 and is fixed on a supplementary fixing platform 61, a third water flow rail 7 which is detachably connected to the bottom end of the second water flow rail 6, a fourth water flow rail 8 detachably connected to the bottom end of the third water flow rail 7, and a gliding body 15 which glides on a water flow surface 41 of each rail.
