PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching control circuit that stably drives a load, even if the temperature rises rapidly. SOLUTION: The switching control circuit includes: a drive circuit for turning on/off a transistor with an input electrode to be applied with an input voltage according to a duty ratio of a drive signal in order to generate an output voltage of a target level from the input voltage; and a drive signal generation circuit that generates the drive signal by changing the duty ratio of the drive signal, based on a feedback voltage according to an output voltage and a reference voltage so that the level of the feedback voltage matches the level of the reference voltage, and also by changing the duty ratio of the drive signal so that the output voltage decreases as the temperature rises.
