PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a baseboard material to a steel pipe by simple work, while making ununiformity hardly caused by a worker.SOLUTION: A square nut 35 is tightened by the operation of turning an operation member 50 in a nut turning direction, in a state in which the steel pipe is sandwiched between a hook portion 32 of a hook bolt 30 and a butt plate 24 of a base member 21 and in which the baseboard material is sandwiched between a baseboard holding plate 26 and the steel pipe. Subsequently, the operation member 50 is turned on the axis until side edges of one-side ends of operation plates 51 and 52 are brought into contact with an opposite surface side of a base plate 22 of the base member 21. Thus, the operation member 50 is held in the state of applying a force in the direction of separation from the base plate 22 of the base member 21 to an arm member 40. |
