PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to reduce power consumption and a driving frequency by not providing a scan signal and a data signal to a block. CONSTITUTION: A pixel unit(130) comprises a plurality of blocks(132,134,136). A plurality of blocks(140) are arranged in the pixel unit with a matrix type. A scan driving unit(112,114,116) drives scan lines connected to pixels. An emission driving unit(162,164,166) drives emission control lines. A data driver(120) drives data lines connected to the pixels. |
