PURPOSE: A health functional composition containing a Corylus heterophylla Fisch. ex Trautv. pollen extract is provided to ensure anti-inflammatory, antioxidative, and antibacterial effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a health functional composition with anti-inflammatory, antioxidative, and antibacterial effects comprises: a step of dissolving dry powder of Corylus heterophylla Fisch. ex Trautv. in 70% ethanol and extracting and filtering at room temperature to prepare a crude extract; a step of dissolving the crude extract in 20% methanol and extracting with hexane to prepare a hexane fraction; a step of extracting the hexane fraction-removed residue with dichloromethane to prepare a dichloromethane fraction; a step of extracting dichloromethane fraction-removed residue with ethyl acetate to prepare an ethyl acetate fraction; a step of extracting the ethyl acetate fraction-removed residue with butanol to prepare a butanol fraction and water fraction.
