摘要 The present invention relates to a self cervical spine traction therapy apparatus using the muscles of the lower body. The apparatus includes a towing strap which connected to a chin strap and a foot support strap after passing through an upper pulley and a lower pulley in order to enable a user to receive cervical spine traction therapy by curling or straightening the feet having the foot strap mounted thereon at one′s own will. The apparatus can give the therapy at home without using electricity, have excellent portability and convenience, and enables the patient needing to be towed and having neck pain to determine the towing force according to the degree of pain being felt and reduced. The apparatus includes: a head part strap including the chip strap; a cervical spine spacing support which is connected to both ends of the head part strap on both sides and has the center part connected to the towing strap; the upper pulley which has the towing strap connected to the cervical spine spacing support passing through; the lower pulley which is mounted on the lower part of the upper pulley while being spaced apart from the upper pulley and having the towing strap passing though; a spacing support which has the center part connected to the towing strap passing through the lower pulley and has the foot connection strap mounted on both ends; and the foot strap which is formed to surround the feet and has the center mounted to the other end of the foot connection strap.
