<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally continue an operation of an electronic circuit even when a ground line of the electronic circuit inside an electronic controller is disconnected. <P>SOLUTION: When a ground line GL connected to an electronic circuit 11 is disconnected at a point A and the ground line GL is opened from control ground GND, a control ground disconnection detection part 22 detects disconnection of the ground line GL on the basis of a voltage Vg generated between the ground line GL and case ground CGND.
