起动及发电装置控制引擎起动之方法;A METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ENGINE STARTING OF A STARTER AND GENERATOR DEVICE

本发明系有关于一种起动及发电装置控制引擎起动之方法，包括有下列步骤：(A)判断电源开启后，转速是否为零，若是则执行下一步骤；(B)判断是否收到引擎之起动讯号，若是则执行下一步骤；(C)直接驱动马达正转，判断马达转速是否大于第一预定转速，若是则执行下一步骤；(D)停止驱动马达正转，若不是则执行(C1)停止驱动马达正转，转为驱动曲轴反转一角度或一时间，之后再重复执行步骤(C)；以及步骤(E)判断该引擎转速是否低于第二预定转速，若是则该引擎处于熄火状态，若不是则该引擎仍处于发电状态。藉此，利用整合起动及发电于同一组机电之结构，可有效缩短引擎起动的时间。; (B) Determines whether the starting signal of the engine is received, if yes then go to next step; (C) Drives the motor in the forward direction and determines whether the motor rotation speed is greater than a first predetermined speed, if yes then go to next step, (D) Stop driving the motor rotating forward, if not then go to step (C1) Stop driving the motor rotating forward and then drives the motor to rotate reverse an angle or a duration, then repeat the step (C). Further after step (D) the step (E) determines whether the engine speed is lower than a second predetermined speed, if yes the engine is under stop condition, if not the engine is under generator state. Therefore, the engine start time can be effectively reduced by the integral starter and generator device.
