PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovery device of an internal combustion engine that can efficiently recover waste heat without complicating the structure thereof, and to provide a waste heat recovery control device.SOLUTION: The waste heat recovery device includes: a bypass mechanism 100 for preventing excessive rise in boost pressure of a supercharger; and a heat exchanger 32 including a gas passage part 321 continuously provided in a bypass passage 102 of the bypass mechanism 100 and a cooling water passage part 322 through which engine cooling water flows and exchanging heat between an exhaust gas flowing through the gas passage part 321 and the engine cooling water flowing through the cooling water passage part 322. |
