PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notification device etc., capable of easily identifying a transmitter that transmits a light emission signal, even when receiving the light emission signal from one or more transmitters having different communication protocols, and capable of reporting information based on the light emission signal.SOLUTION: An information notification device 1 includes: an image recognition unit 3 for identifying a transmitter that transmits a light emission signal pattern on the basis of image information 101, obtaining second pattern information transmitted from the identified transmitter from blink pattern information 103, and decoding the transmission information on the basis of the obtained second pattern information; and a control unit 2 for reporting the decoded transmission information. |
