PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric film in which the increase of a dielectric constant and the reduction of dielectric loss are made consistent, to provide a film capacitor, and to provide a dielectric film production apparatus.SOLUTION: Provided is a dielectric film having the main chains of fluorine-based polymers and annular structural polymers piercing and including the main chains of the fluorine-based polymers, and having a structure in which the two annular molecules piercing and including the main chains of the different fluorine based polymers are mutually cross-linked. |
