PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a value to queue waiting time that is conventionally of no value to both customers and a shop by providing means for organically connecting the customers standing in a queue to the shop and providing a waiting time utilization method suitable for each customer to the customer from information of each customer in a queue.SOLUTION: A queue information management system comprises: a host system including a queue information database; a plurality of information terminal devices; and an external system. A queue start and a queue end of a queue in a shop such as a restaurant is detected from an input device connected to the host system, the host system stores the information in the queue information database as queue information to thereby manage customers lining up in a queue. Furthermore, the queue information is provided to the external system via a network, and the external system provides various services to the information terminal devices carried by the customers in the queue. |
