FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The proposed header for stripping of standing crops comprises a gauge housing 1 with a guide casing 2, a drum 3, on which the stripper combs 4 with the teeth 5 are mounted uniformly around the entire perimeter, a screw 9 with the double-threaded spiral bands 10 along the edges and the inclined oval disc 11 in the middle part, with two oval half-disks 12 mounted on it with the ability of motion, a feed elevator 13 with a conveyor 14 with elastic planks 15, and bearing shoes 16. The stripper comb 4 with the teeth 5 is mounted on the drum 3 from its centre to the periphery in both directions at an angle to the drum 3 generatrix. The side edges of the teeth 5 are arranged as a "dovetail" with the openings at their connection sites and form an acute angle at the apex of the tooth. The openings at the connection sites of the side edges of the teeth 5 of the stripper comb 4 have sharp edges.EFFECT: invention provides reduction in power consumption, the header weight and percentage of damage to grain.4 cl, 5 dwg |
