The present invention relates to a digitizer. The digitizer of the present invention comprises: a driving line receiving electrical power to be driven; an object having a resonant circuit to electrically be connected to the driving line to input a coordinate; a sensing line receiving a signal subjected to resonance by the resonant circuit of the object to sense a coordinate input; and a magnetic layer formed along the driving line to focus the magnetic field generated by the driving line from a side in parallel to a direction in which the sensing line is formed. The digitizer of the present invention uses a magnetic core to focus the magnetic field generated by a driving coil to strengthen a signal, thereby reducing a bezel area by disposing a driving coil at one side of the digitizer. Accordingly, the size of an active area for sensing a touch of a stylus can be maximized. In addition, a signal generated by a driving coil can be strengthened by a magnetic core to reduce consumption of a battery for a portable device. |
