An advertising device having a light emitting unit is provided to secure various visual effects by installing a distortion unit, distorting the light irradiated from the light emitting unit, between the light emitting unit and an acryl panel. An advertising device having a light emitting unit(200) is composed of a panel unit(100) provided with patterns(150) on the surface and made of transparent materials for transmitting the light; the light emitting unit installed at the side of the panel unit to irradiate the light to the inside of the panel unit; and a filter unit(300) formed between the lateral side of the panel unit and the light emitting unit to change the characteristic of the light generated from the light emitting unit. The filter unit is formed by painting at least a portion of the lateral side of the panel unit in a predetermined pattern.
