Apparatus intended to send out electrical signals so as to make another motorist aware, from the car, of a wish to speak to him, this same apparatus serving for refusing any invitation of this nature. It comprises a power supply cable 1 carrying the energy to a box. On this box there is a pen 4 making it possible to select the colour, X or Y, which will be chosen, and a push button making it possible to send the pulses. This apparatus also comprises two cables 5 and 6 for placing the lamps at the bottom of the windscreen and the rear window. On the rear of the box, a magnet for very rapidly fixing or removing any signalling system supplied by batteries or the cigarette lighter. <IMAGE>
