PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent buckling and breakage of the ends of a fixing belt and save energy for a fixing device.SOLUTION: A fixing device 18 of the present invention includes a fixing belt 22 that extends along the axial direction and is rotatably provided, a pressure member 23 that is in pressure contact with the fixing belt 22 to form a fixing nip and is rotatably provided, guide parts 29 that are fixed to the outer peripheries of the ends 22a and 22b in the axial direction of the fixing belt 22, a cover member 30 that is arranged on the inside in the axial direction of the guide parts 29 to at least partially cover the outer peripheral surface of the fixing belt 22, and rotating bodies 88 that are provided between the cover member 30 and both the guide parts 29, respectively. |
