<p>The present invention relates to an absorption method for acid gas which includes a regeneration process of an ion exchange resin using an anion metal hydroxide regenerant solution. Specifically, the present invention includes: (a) an absorption process of acidic gas using an absorbent in an absorption tower; (b) a generation process of the absorbent regenerating the absorbent used in a regeneration tower; and (c) an ion exchange process of processing heat stable salts included in the regeneration absorbent transferred from the regeneration tower to the absorption tower in an ion exchange tower. In the ion exchange process, a strong basic anion-exchange resin is charged in the ion exchange tower, and an anion metal hydroxide regenerant solution is selected among Al(OH)4, Fe(OH)4, or Zr(OH)5 to be used as the regenerant solution of the ion exchange resin. According to the present invention, the absorption method for acid gas includes the regeneration process of the ion exchange resin using the anion metal hydroxide regenerant solution, after thermostable salt used when the absorbent for absorbing the acidic gas is used for a long time is removed. Therefore, the present invention can remarkably improve a regeneration process of an ion exchange resin by correcting a weakness, which is low regeneration efficiency and high consumption of chemicals used for the disposal of recycling waste.</p> |
