PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer body carrier device that avoids double feeding by enabling sending-out nip width of a transfer body to be easily adjusted under no influence of individual's differences. ! SOLUTION: Nip width of a nip region formed of feeder conveyor belts 15A, 15B which apply transfer force to a bottom surface of a transfer body 21 and grip rollers 18A, 18B which move up and down by a spring 51 is set to nip width exceeding thickness of one transfer body 21 with a nip lower-limit setting dial 31 constituting a nip lower-limit setting part of a nip adjustment part 20, and set to nip width larger than the nip width set with the nip lower-limit setting dial 31 and less than thickness of two transfer bodies 21 with a nip upper-limit setting dial 32 constituting a nip upper-limit setting part of the nip adjustment part 20, and elastic pressure of the spring 51 is set by an elastic pressure setting part. !
