The present invention is a route setting device of a railway operation management system, and a method for generating a route setting program. The route setting progam is generated by defining three control principles of route determination, collision/derailment prevention, and train priority management as the control principles of the route setting device, previously implementing, as program modules, route setting logics for implementing the respective control principles, extracting geometric patterns between two routes from a track layout, associating the geometric patterns with the route setting logics, and combining the program modules in which the route setting logics are implemented according to the association. |
