PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner that achieves stable oscillation of a light reflection part and can form the light reflection part into a planar view shape having high efficiency of use of light reflection, and an image forming apparatus and a head-mount display including the optical scanner.SOLUTION: An optical scanner 1 has a base 111, a light reflection plate 113 that reflects light, a spacer 112 that connects the base 111 and the light reflection plate 113, and shanks 12a and 12b that oscillatably support the base 111. The light reflection plate 113 is installed, in planar view viewed from a direction where the light reflection plate 113 and the base 111 are arranged side by side, so that the geometric center g of the light reflection plate 113 is located at a position separated from the X-axis, and in planar view, the geometric center g1 of the spacer 112 is located on the opposite side of the geometric center g of the reflection light plate 113 with respect to the X-axis. |
