PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor drive device that supplies electric power to one electric motor from both first and second inverters and that improves electric motor drive control performance.SOLUTION: An electric motor drive device, which is configured so that an output ratio between first and second inverters can be changed in predetermined conditions, precedently increases inverter output on the side of earlier completion of an initial diagnosis when an electric motor is started. Additionally, when overheating (an abnormal rise in temperature) occurs in one of the inverters, the inverter output on the side of a normal temperature is maintained or increased while the inverter output on the side of the occurrence of the overheating is decreased. |
