The present invention relates to an extrusion die of a tire extruder, which can prevent an over-flow phenomenon generated on a boundary surface of a wing tread when a tread is extruded through the extrusion die during a tire manufacturing process. The extrusion die of a tire extruder comprises: a first preformer (2) which is coupled with an inner side holder die (1) to extrude a tire tread (100) to be assembled; a second preformer (4) which is coupled between the inner side holder die (1) and an outer inside holder die (3) to be assembled; and a final die (5) coupled with the outer side holder die (3) to be assembled. The second preformer (4) includes: two-side inlet pathways (6a, 6b) through which wing tread rubber (100c) is inserted; and a center inlet pathway (7) through which cap tread rubber (100a) is inserted. Between the two-side inlet pathways (6a, 6b) and the center inlet pathway (7), there exists a horizontal barrier (8) having a certain thickness. The shape of each inlet pathway (6a, 6b, 7) is a trapezoid. Between two-side outlet pathways (9a, 9b) discharging the wing tread rubber (100c), and a center discharge pathway (10) discharging the cap tread rubber (100b), a vertical barrier (11) is formed. |
