The present invention relates to a device to monitor stress distribution of hardenable materials during hardening process thereof comprising a traction system (1) coupled with a deposition bed (2) intended for mounting a detection frame (3), whereby the traction system (1) comprises a dynamometer (4), which is arranged horizontally slidable in the direction of the device longitudinal axis and the front outlet thereof is provided with a clamping element (5), while the rear outlet thereof is coupled with a draught gear (6). The detection frame (3) comprises a front jaw (7) being fixedly coupled with a front cross member (26) of the detection frame (3) and a rear jaw (8), which is arranged horizontally slidable in the direction of the device longitudinal axis within the detection frame (3), whereby in the upper surface of the front jaw (7) and the rear jaw (8), there are performed retention grooves (27), extending in the front jaw (7) longitudinal direction or the rear jaw (8) longitudinal direction, and the rear jaw (8) is coupled with a connecting means having its free end adapted for clamping in the dynamometer (4) clamping element (5) and for locking in the detection frame (3). The detection frame (3) further comprises a position sensor (9) that is attached to the detection frame (3) and intended for detection of the rear jaw (8) position within the detection frame (3), whereby both the detection frame (3) and the deposition bed (2) comprise complementary mounting elements, intended for removable, horizontally stationary mounting of the detection frame (3) in the deposition bed (2), and both the front jaw (7) and the rear jaw (8) are adapted for removable connection with side plates (11) and a bottom (12), which define a space for casting a hardenable material. |
