The present invention relates to an apparatus for molding glass substrates and, more specifically, an apparatus for molding glass substrates, which molds three-dimensional shaped glass substrate having various curved surfaces and the curvature regardless of the curvature size and the number of curved surfaces, in other words, and various designs like at least one curved side among four sides, comprising a molding frame; a molding groove formed on one surface of the molding frame; a plurality of vacuum holes formed on the molding frame and mutually connected to the molding groove; and a vacuum unit connected to the vacuum holes wherein the vacuum holes are divided into groups according to areas of the molding groove, and the vacuum unit is separately connected to the divided vacuum hole group, thereby consecutively pressurizing the glass substrate according to the area with use of vacuum when molding the glass substrate.
