More specifically, the present invention relates to: a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating treating inflammatory diseases and angiogenesis-induced diseases containing isonahocol E3 represented by Chemical Formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient; and a food composition for preventing and treating treating inflammatory diseases and angiogenesis-induced diseases containing isonahocol E3 represented by Chemical Formula 1; and a cosmetic composition.
