Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a medical titanium shielding film using surface treatment and silver nanoparticle coating. The present method for manufacturing a medical titanium shielding film using surface treatment and silver nanoparticle coating comprises the following steps: chemically polishing a surface which has been first processed with at least one of laser, ultrasonic wave, and water-jet; washing the surface with plasma; and coating the surface with silver using physical and chemical vapor deposition to form an additional layer. Since a smooth surface is formed by the present method, a medical shielding film easily removal after bone regeneration can be manufactured, and a titanium shielding film which facilitates the deposition with a silver coating layer, increases the binding strength, minimizes an inflammation response, and is easily removable after bone regeneration can be manufactured. |
