<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food safety management method capable of accurately predicting an accident based on an inspection result and of promoting rapid and precise improvement of flaw. <P>SOLUTION: A food safety management method includes steps for using a management server: to store multiple categories for classifying multiple inspection items by associating each category with corresponding education information; to evaluate input inspection result information for each category and calculate an improvement-requiring evaluation value corresponding to each category; to compare the improvement-requiring evaluation value with an improvement-requiring reference value preset to each category, and, when there is at least one category for which the improvement-requiring evaluation value does not comply with the improvement-requiring reference value, to generate improvement-requiring information and extract the education information corresponding to the category from storage means; and to output safety evaluation information including the improvement-requiring information and the extracted education information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
