PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater of a hot water storage tank which does not subject DC power from solar power generation to DC/AC conversion, does not require complicated and expensive equipment for electric circuit control, etc., takes in energy by integrating solar heat and solar power generation and, further, integrates solar heat and solar power generation.SOLUTION: A panel 1 formed by integrating solar heat and solar power generation takes in solar heat radiated by solar light and electricity obtained by solar power generation at the same time, supplies heat of solar light and DC power of solar light to water in a hot water storage tank 19 and heats water. Heat transfer of solar light heat is performed by circulating heat transfer medium of liquid in a pipeline and water in the hot water storage tank is kept warm. On the other hand, DC electric current from solar power generation is not subjected to DC/AC conversion, is directly joined to a heating bar in the hot water storage tank and keeps water in the hot water storage tank warm. Further, when there is no irradiation of solar light, commercial power is used and water in the same hot water storage tank is kept warm. |
