<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curl molding apparatus and a curl molding method which can perform molding of curl without generating buckling, wrinkle, etc., when molding the curl to an upper end opening peripheral edge of a paper-made or resin-made cup, and can also solve such problems as remaining of the lubricant inside the cup by using the lubricant. <P>SOLUTION: The curl molding apparatus, which molds the curl by rolling the upper end opening peripheral edge of the cup where a body part and a bottom part are combined, while being guided outside along a curved surface-like groove part formed in a curl molding, includes an atomizing device which atomizes the lubricant supplied in liquid. Scattering of the lubricant etc. is prevented by: enabling curl molding by supplying the lubricant atomized by the atomizing device to a nozzle device, and adhering the atomized lubricant sprayed from the nozzle device to the curved surface-like groove part of the curl mold; and reducing use of useless lubricant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
