A scanning apparatus for an uneven surface using an opaque fluid is disclosed. The scanning apparatus for an uneven surface using an opaque fluid according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a transparent substrate; a wrapping film to be pressurized by object to be scanned having the uneven surface by covering the upper surface of the substrate; the opaque fluid to be filled between the wrapping film and the substrate; and a scan module to scan an image of the lower surface of the substrate from the lower part of the substrate.
