<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which keeps a packaged item at a fixed position in a liquid tank. <P>SOLUTION: This packaging bag, mounted on a linear connecting member 103 for connecting a plug member 102 for closing the water discharge hole 101 of a liquid tank 100 to a part of the tank 100, is provided with a storage part 1 for enclosing a packaged item 3 inside and a sealing part 2 for closing at least one end of the part 1 flatly.
