The present invention relates to an information transferring system using a sound wave signal. According to the present invention, the method comprises steps of a sound wave signal generator converting digital data into a sound wave having a frequency range of 17Khz~25Khz while making the digital data include a valid data signal which generates or does not generate a sound wave in response to a high signal and a low signal range; a receiving terminal receiving the sound wave; the receiving terminal restoring the sound wave signal into digital data; the receiving terminal carrying out treatment of signal of the digital data. |
