COMBINATION THERAPY

Described herein are compounds and compositions for treating glaucoma and/or reducing intraocular pressure. Compositions may comprise an isoquinoline compound and a prostaglandin or a prostaglandin analog. Compounds described herein include those in which an isoquinoline compound is covalently linked to a prostaglandin or a prostaglandin analog, and those in which an isoquinoline compound and a prostaglandin free acid together form a salt.

1. A composition comprising:
a) a compound according to formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-C4 alkyl, or R1 and R2 are taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached to form a ring of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 member atoms;A is —CH2CH(R10)—;each R10 is independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, amino, aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl or heterocycloalkyl, any of which may be optionally substituted; andX1 and X2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxy, halogen, alkyl, amino, nitro, cyano, carbonyl, carbonylamino, alkoxy, aryloxy, sulfonyl, sulfonamido, thioalkyl, and carboxyl; and b) a prostaglandin or a prostaglandin analog or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
