The present invention relates to a resin composition for a tubular hollow body, comprising at least 90 wt% of a resin based on bisphenol A vinyl ester or novolac epoxy vinyl ester and 0.5-5 wt% of a curing agent in the form of a 20-90% peroxide solution, to the tubular hollow body itself and to a method for the production thereof, wherein the tubular hollow body has an increased resistance to stress from alkaline media in which chlorine and chlorine-containing compounds are present in liquid or gaseous aggregate form. |
