PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and easy-to-use file management system for managing locally produced recording files and attribute information thereof at a center.SOLUTION: A local device produces a recording file of voice data or image data, produces an attribute file containing attribute information of the recording file, stores the recording file in a local storage, and transmits the attribute file to a center device. The center device registers management information containing the attribute information transmitted from the local device in a management table. The local device further transmits the recording file stored in the local storage to the center device and the center device updates a storage location of the recording file in the management information of the management table when the recording file is received. A terminal connected to the center device can search for the attribute information contained in the management information, and obtain and refer to a recording file stored in storage means of the center device or the local device by using a search result. |
