<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode drying device capable of preventing a coagulated solvent from re-sticking to an electrode film and uniformly preparing the dried electrode film. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode drying device for drying an electrode foil 7 with induction heating includes an induction heating means 3 for heating the electrode foil 7 with induction heating, cooling means 41 (42) for coagulating solvent vapor evaporated from the electrode foil 7 with the induction heating means 3, a collection means 43 for collecting the coagulated solvent with the cooling means 41 (42), and an electrode drying chamber 2 for storing the induction heating means 3, the cooling means 41 (42), and the collection means 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
