PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash a soiled surface by producing high temperature high pressure steam and super high temperature steam by high-frequency heating and jetting the steam onto the soiled surface. SOLUTION: In the subject washing device, the high temperature high pressure steam (for example about 120 to 150°C ) is produced by high-frequency heating and further the high temperature high pressure steam is heated again by high-frequency heating to produce super high temperature steam of high heating value (for example about 200 to 800°C ) and the soiled surface is washed by jetting the steam thereto. Otherwise, compressed air is heated by high-frequency heating (for example about 200 to 800°C ) to produce high temperature compressed air and the soiled surface is washed by jetting the air thereto. Moreover, static electricity is impressed to the high temperature steam, and concentrative jetting of the high temperature steam is executed onto the soiled surface to evenly wash a limited part. Since no solvent is used, treatment of used solvent is unnecessary and the device is low-priced. After washing treatment, water is evaporated and oil and dust solid parts remain.
