PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mis-identification of a maintenance work target apparatus or error in a work procedure in working for maintenance.SOLUTION: A system includes: a maintenance information management device for reading or writing a wireless tag attached to a usage apparatus by using a wireless tag reader-writer and transmitting/receiving content information with the wireless tag reader-writer; a portable terminal machine carried by a maintenance worker; and a portable wireless tag reader-writer connected to the portable terminal machine. Further, in a case where the usage apparatus is failed, content information of a wireless tag of the usage apparatus is read to identify that the apparatus is failed, and information related to a work procedure of a replacement apparatus is read from the content information of the wireless tag to confirm on the portable terminal machine and carry out a replacement work. |
