<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the soldering time for forming an external electrode when a wound coil component is manufactured; to reduce thermal damage of a ferrite core; and to suppress short-circuit between conducting wires.SOLUTION: A part of a covering material 22 of an end part 25 is removed by laser before soldering the end part 25 of a conducting wire 20 to a core terminal part 16. As a result, when soldered, the covering material 22 becomes easy to be fused and the soldering time is shortened. Moreover, the soldering temperature can be set to be low, the thermal damage of a ferrite core 11 is reduced, and short-circuit between the conducting wires 20 wound around a winding drum 12 is suppressed.</p> |
