The mudguard (3) has a tunnel (4) projecting from internal side of the mudguard to place an LED lighting device. A translucent cap (40) is formed above the tunnel to diffuse light from the tunnel, where the mudguard, the tunnel and the translucent cap are integrally formed. A wiring of the LED lighting device is placed inside the tunnel so as to protect the wiring. The light of the LED lighting device is diffused by the translucent cap during indication. The tunnel comprises a space in rectangular, cubic, elliptic or spherical form.
