<p>Calibration sample comprises structures based on DNA origami, which have at least two marker molecules at predetermined positions, which are spaced apart in the DNA origami. The DNA origami is immobilized and optionally fixed in an embedding medium, optionally on a carrier. Independent claims are also included for: (1) calibrating the three-dimensional resolution of a measurement device, comprising using calibration sample for calibration; (2) a kit for calibration of a measuring device, preferably a measuring device for the measurement of fluorescence, preferably fluorescence microscope, comprising a calibration sample; and (3) a computer program comprising program coding means, which is stored on a machine-readable medium and set up for carrying out the above method when the computer program is executed on a processing unit.</p> |
