The present invention relates to a treatment device wearable to a human body, wherein the treatment device includes a strap which is worn on the wrist of a human body, a sensor which is provided on the inner surface of the strap and detects the pulse wave signal of the human body; a control unit which is provided on the outer surface of the strap, receives a pulse wave detected by the sensor, and measures human blood pressure or pulse; and a stimulation unit which is provided on the inner surface of the strap and stimulates an acupuncture point of the human body when abnormality is detected in the human blood pressure or pulse measured by the control unit. Therefore, the treatment device wearable to a human body allows rapid measure when high blood pressure and arrhythmia occur and alleviates such symptoms.
