PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently improve the cooling performance of a rotary electric machine at a structure where a refrigerant is discharged by an electrically driven oil pump and a mechanical oil pump and the discharged refrigerant is cooled by a refrigerant heat exchanger in a rotary electric machine cooling system.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine cooling system 10 includes: a second motor generator 20, an electrically driven oil pump 44, and a mechanical oil pump 42 which are mounted on a hybrid vehicle; an oil cooler 50 serving as a refrigerant heat exchanger; and a control part 80. The oil cooler 50 is provided at the discharge side of each oil pump 44, 42 and performs heat exchange between a refrigerant 26 discharged from each oil pump 44, 42 and cooling water flowing in a second refrigerant circulation passage 90. The control part 80 includes an oil pump driving control part 68, and the oil pump driving control part 68 drives the mechanical oil pump 42 or the electrically driven oil pump 44 as a driving side refrigerant pump according to a temperature of the cooling water. |
