The sheet material S comprises, at least, a base fabric 11 prepared by weaving fiber threads, and Bakuhan-seki powder 22 prepared by pulverizing a bulk of Bakuhan-seki, which is a far infrared radioactive material. The Bakuhan-seki powder 22 has a particle diameter of 0.9-50 μm.
