PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient comparison of an original image and a printed matter.SOLUTION: A print processing system 1 includes: a printer control device 20 that generates an original image and element attribute information of the original image; an image forming apparatus 30 that generates the printed matter by printing and the original image; and a printing verification device 10 that verifies the printed matter based on the original image. The printing verification device 30 has an image obtaining part 102 that obtains the element attribute information of the original image and the original image and obtains an image of the printed matter, an extraction part 104 that extracts images from the image of printed matter by each one or two or more element attributes included element attribute in the element attribute information, a comparison part 106 that compares the image by the extracted element attribute and the original image based on a comparative verification procedure for one or two or more elements normalized for element attribute and the element attribute information, and a verification part 108 that verifies the printed matter based on the above comparison result.
